Bulk Buckets & Hand-Tied Bouquets
I fell in love with flowers while photographing weddings so I have seen first hand how flowers can bring life and personality to any celebration. While our growing season here in Northwest Ohio is relatively short I am excited to offer bulk buckets and hand-tied bouquets for celebrations from July through September.
Our bulk buckets are perfect for anyone hosting a wedding shower, baby shower, graduation party, or brides willing to DIY their wedding flowers. For brides looking for an economical way to carry fresh flowers on their wedding day I offer hand-tied bouquets and boutonnieres with flowers grown right here at the Farm.
All flowers can be picked up at the Farm just outside of Archbold. We do not offer delivery.
Bulk Buckets for Events
Bulk buckets are available from July through September, and they must be ordered in advance to ensure availability.
Each bucket contains approximately 60-75 stems of flowers and foliage for you to arrange however you like.
Buckets can either be Growers Choice or Color Curated - scroll down for details and prices. Both types of buckets may include zinnias, gomphrena, cosmos, statice, snapdragons, sunflowers, eucalyptus, yarrow, etc.

Growers Choice Buckets - $90
This is a great option if you want a summer garden vibe for your flowers! You'll get a colorful selection of what is blooming on the farm that week. Growers Choice Buckets do not include the higher end flowers like lisianthus and dahlias. No specific flowers are guaranteed. Bulk buckets need to be ordered at least one week in advance. -

Color Curated Buckets - $105
These buckets are harvested based on your color palette! Color Curated Buckets may include some stems of higher end flowers like lisianthus and dahlias if they are blooming at that time. If you are interested in Color Curated Buckets please out reach out as soon as possible. I grow a lot of flowers but I can't guarantee I will have every color all season.
Hand-tied Wedding Bouquets
Bouquets can either be growers choice or based on your color palette but these bouquets will only include flowers grown here at Clayfield Farms. No specific flowers or varieties are guaranteed.
Bridal Bouquet $125 - $150
Hand-tied bouquet based on your color palette. Includes a silk or satin ribbon.
Bridesmaid Bouquet $50 - $75
Smaller bouquets designed to coordinate with the bride's bouquet.
Boutonniere $25
A powerful way to tie all your florals and wedding party together.
Things to consider when ordering flowers for your events:
Enlist Help from Friends....
If you are ordering for a small event like a bridal or baby shower you may be able to put together the flowers yourself, but if you are considering bulk buckets for your wedding you'll need 2-3 people to help you a couple days leading up to the wedding.
Keep Your Flower Cool...
It is important to keep your flowers someplace cool while you are arranging them and before your event. If you are storing them overnight I suggest keeping them in either a cool basement or garage fridge. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from produce and pets.
You are in Charge of Transportation...
All bulk buckets can be picked up at the farm in Archbold Ohio, we do not offer delivery. Most people pick up their flowers 1 or 2 days prior to their event. I suggest transporting flowers in an air conditioned vehicle like a van or SUV with the seats folded down. Flowers cannot be transported in the back of an open bed pickup truck.
